A refundable waitlist deposit, not the full ring. The deposit is 550 NOK in Norway. Outside Norway you see and pay the equivalent in your local currency. The final standard ring price is 29 990 NOK.

When you choose to upgrade the health technology, we replace the technology core inside — you keep your gold ring. You can visit Nuet’s office in Oslo to have your ring upgraded, or send it to us by mail. If you choose mail, we upgrade your ring and send it back; you can expect to receive your upgraded ring after approximately 5 days. Contact us before visiting or sending your ring so we can arrange the upgrade and share practical details. The postal turnaround is approximate and may vary with delivery times. Your ring’s design, size and feel stay the same — only the technology inside gets better.

Yes. The actual 550 NOK paid is credited against your final ring payment. That leaves 29 440 NOK for a standard ring before any agreed extras or delivery charges. You will approve the final order before paying the balance.

Yes, at any time before placing your final ring order. Email us with your Shopify order number to request a full deposit refund to your original payment method.

The current target is fall 2027. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. We will confirm timing before requesting the final payment and let you know about changes.

Yes. Reserving subscribes you to Nuet production and delivery updates by email. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Yes. After payment, return to the reservation tab to choose a finish, size and optional customization. These are preferences, not a paid customization order. We confirm availability and your final quote before production.

Engraving adds 1 500 NOK and gemstones and diamonds start at 5 000 NOK, with a final individual quote. Finishes have no surcharge. Size changes need a quote. Nothing extra is charged with your deposit.

Standard rings have a 100-day return period from receipt, including normal wear. Personalized rings are excluded from the voluntary extension; your statutory consumer rights remain unchanged.

No. The waitlist collects contact, payment and ring-preference information only. Do not include medical details in your notes. Health-data features will require separate information and explicit consent before any processing.

No. Upgrading only replaces the technology core inside. The ring’s design, size, gold exterior, weight and feel stay exactly the same.
