You may return a standard, non-personalized ring within 100 calendar days of receiving it. Normal wear and trying the ring are allowed. Return the ring, charger and supplied accessories. Damage caused by misuse, alterations or missing items may affect the voluntary refund; ordinary wear alone does not disqualify a return. This voluntary policy does not reduce your statutory rights.

Your deposit is refundable

Your waitlist deposit is refundable at any time before you approve the final ring order. Expressing customization interest does not make the deposit non-refundable. Email us with your order number; refunds go to the original payment method.

Statutory 14-day withdrawal

For eligible online purchases you have 14 days to tell us you wish to withdraw, starting the day after you receive the goods. Then send them back within 14 days of notifying us. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; handling beyond what is necessary may result in a deduction for diminished value, not automatic rejection. Missing legally required withdrawal information may extend the statutory deadline.

For a statutory withdrawal, we refund the purchase and standard outward delivery cost within 14 days of your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch. Premium delivery supplements are not refundable. You pay direct return postage unless the item is defective or we agree otherwise. The same refund timing applies to our voluntary policy after you notify us.

Personalized rings

Engraved goods or goods made to your individual specifications may be exempt from statutory withdrawal under angrerettloven § 22(e), and are excluded from the voluntary 100-day policy. A standard finish or stock size alone is not automatically a personalized item. Any applicable exemption will be explained before you place the final order. Defect and warranty rights always remain.

How to return

1. Email Amplifiedholding@gmail.com with your order number and whether you request withdrawal, a 100-day return or a defect remedy.
2. We will confirm the return address. Do not send goods to an unconfirmed address.
3. Package the ring securely and keep proof of dispatch. Original packaging is appreciated, not a condition of statutory withdrawal.
